Peter from Buffalo, NY writes:

This bike isn't the lightest (um but 13.09 lbs isnt exactly portly), but its the ultimate combo of durability, stiffness, and lightweight. E: Parlee Frame...1040 to 1060 grams, and super stiff. Reynolds fork...stiff and with the 43mm rake Parlee specifies. Phil wood bb...most durable, and 135 grams. Campy Record Carbon...durable and light, stiff. Look pedals, just cuz I ride them. Wipperman chain...cuz its much more durable than campy. Posh Bikes cassette...a campy record ti cassette treated for super long life. ADA wheels...the best, period, better than lightweight. Dugast tires...the best. Posh Bikes brakes...133 grams and strong. Campy Chorus titanium seatpost...strong, with lots of setback. Fizik Aliante saddle...comfy, light, what more could u want? Chris King headset...durable. Stella Azzurra Razzo Mag stem...155 grams of pure stiffness. Modolo KX Curvissima bars...their shape is great. King Ti cages...light and strong. AX lightness ahead cap...the lightest. So there you go.
