'06 was the last year LeMond had the Ti/Carbon Tete frameset (top tube, seat tube, seat stays carbon: down tube, head tube, chain stays ti). I have an '04 Buenos Aires with the same general frame design, except the ti parts are steel on the Buenos. The Buenos is a comfortable ride, and i can only imagine that making the steel parts ti would make for a lighter, more comfy ride. Most of the other parts i selected because i have heard good things about them from others. The Brooks saddle may seem a bit out of place, but i have one on my old hunk o junk schwinn road bike, and it is one of the most comfortable things i have ever put my ass on. As they say, if it aint broke, don't fix it. BACK to the Dream Bikes Section
