Price Paid:  $850.00 at Price matched by All

Favorite Ride:
Anything with light rolling hills

Bike Setup:
05 Fuji Team Pro Euro
FSA SLK-Light compact cranks (50/34)
Full Campagnolo Chorus group
FSA stem and seat post
Selle Italia saddle

Summary:
I ride at best 100 mi. per week and bought this wheelset to replace the Alx wheels that came on my Fuji Team Pro Euro. First thing I noticed was the weight advantage, shaving nearly a pound. With the weight loss I noticed a quicker acceleration. The wheels handle well with little to no flex. I haven't had them trued and have over 1500 mi. I haven't crashed them and have hit my share of potholes with out losing true. They ride nice and fast.

Strengths:
Wieght, acceleration, handling, and durability.

Weaknesses:
I've heard the rear hub described as 'angry'. Others may say it is loud. Personally I feel it helps those slow riders I am about to pass know I'm coming. So you decide as I could care less.

I’m still running the same bike and wheels. I’m really impressed

Strengths:

Price Paid:  $950.00 at FullCycles.com

Favorite Ride:
anything outside

Bike Setup:
Aluminum frame with a mix of Campy components.

Summary:
I've been very pleased with the wheels. Aesthetically they are very striking and the performance is comparable to other high-end alloy clinchers (example Ksyrium). They are reasonably light, stiff, and durable. The hubs roll very smooth and the bearing pre-load adjustment is very simple.

They are not as light as the claimed weight, but that is standard with alloy rims. The manufacturing process leads to a lot of variability in weight - yours could be lighter than the claimed weight, but they could be heavier too.

Strengths:
smooth hubs, easy bearing adjustment, unique looks.

Weaknesses:
heavier than claimed weight, more expensive than comparable wheelsets

Similar Products Used:
hand built Mavic Open Pro with Mirage hubs, 2005 Campagnolo Vento.

Price Paid:  $400.00 at used

Favorite Ride:
anywhere with no cars

Bike Setup:
Everti Ti with Ultegra

Summary:
I bought used off a local racer so I was expecting that the wheels needed some adjustment and/or tuning. To my pleasant surprise, they didn't need either! The hubs are so smooth that I find that I pass people down hills without pedalling. I'm really glad that I bought these wheels, despite having to get a custom Shimano cassette.

Strengths:
Smooth-as-butta hubs, looks, strength

Weaknesses:
dunno... maybe the look of the Campy skewers?
