And, being the titan of technical cycling apparel, it's only fitting that the Swiss National Team preferred a jersey over a financial contribution. So, understanding the cold riding conditions that plague the roads of Switzerland, Assos created the Swiss Federation Long Sleeve Jersey to keep Cancellara and the boys at the top of their game during winter training.Similar to the iJ.Tiburu, the Federation jersey uses Assos' RX fabric -- a thick, stretchy fabric that's smooth on the outside and fleecy on the inside. This material creates a warm and consistent layer of insulation while conforming to every contour of the body. Assos designed the jersey with versatility in mind. It can seamlessly go from cool days to cold days, or serve as a warm-up before a cyclocross race. We peg it as a jersey that's perfect from 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. However, when worn in conjunction with the appropriate Assos climaRange base layer or jacket, the jersey is more than functional at temperatures even colder.To make the jersey even more functional, Assos included a full zipper for thermo-regulation, a high collar for insulation, and three rear pockets, and a fourth zippered pocket to secure your valuables.The Assos Swiss Federation Long Sleeve Jersey is available in the color Red/white with the Swiss Cross over the torso.
