Interbike 2008 - RoadbikeReview

G4

This is the bike that powered AG2R-LaMondiale rider Cyril Dessel to victory in the mountainous stage 16 of the Tour de France and the team to 2nd overall in France’s most storied race. With a frame this technologically advanced, it’s easy to see why AG2R is among the best in professional cycling. The G4’s 865-gram weight (54cm) is achieved using carbon nanotube technology that allows us to build a frame that is ultra-light for climbing the mountains of France but stiff and strong enough to be ridden to sprint victories by AG2R rider Rinaldo Nocentini in GP Lugano and Paris Nice. And while the team bikes weigh the mandatory weight limit of 14.9 lbs, you can easily build your G4 in the 11-pound range. All with a lifetime warranty.
