Performance Transit Epic rack trunk Summary: This bike is a very unique hybrid. Ibex markets it as a "street" bike as compared to a road bike. The frame is very beefy, and it uses mountain bike components, 1.95 inch street tires. It is perfect for someone who wants a bike they can take to the grocery store for a quick gallon of milk, to tool around on the paved paths, or as an inner city commuter, but wants something more substantial than what most bike companies offer as a hybrid. It handles nimbly, and looks pretty slick, too. Strengths: Looks, price, value and unique hybrid/cruiser classification Weaknesses: Cant test ride it. Ibex is online only Similar Products Used: Tied hybrids from Giant, Cannondale and Raleigh before I plunked my money down on this bike.
