Whether it be 853 or Columbus. Steel doesn't make feel like you took your very first ride all over again. Voodoo's Wazoo is old school feel at a basic price. This bike will take whatever you throw at it! 4Lb frame and fork you can set it up as light as you want. Makes it easier during those long run ups during the bell lap. If you can get your vibration numb hands on one before cross season, you won't regret it. Strengths: Columbus Steel was so nimble and smooth. I went back to VooDoo and bought one of their hardtail MTB. Very good control in all situations. Felt right at home on single track or in the heat of a cross race. At 21LBS, hard to beat. Weaknesses: Columbus steel fork that come stock with frame is abit on the narrow side. Tried to run a 700x38 Ritchey Megabite and in the mud it caked so bad it rubbed away the paint on the inside of the fork. Similar Products Used: Demo-ed VooDoo's Limba(Scandium Frame) loved it. Price was abit high and stiffer than need.
