Price Paid:  $1200.00 at Horswills, Bournemou

Bike Setup:
Although mine was fully specced with Sora level components I changed the bars & shifters to my favourites.

Summary:
APB's are the affordable Moulton's made by Pashley's in Stratford upon Avon. What you lose in price you lose in quality & gain in weight. I bought the bike to do hybrid journeys; car/bike or train/bike and for those it's excellent. I find it outstandingly comfortable & relaxing to ride. I believe that small wheels do lower rolling resistance & 20inch tyres are a damn site easier to find than the 19 inch of the original.

Strengths:
Luggage carrying, comfort, stance (if you like upright)

Weaknesses:
Weight
