Price Paid:  $500.00 at K and G Bike Center

Favorite Ride:
DAYTON RIVER CORRIDOR Bikeway

Bike Setup:
REAL EASY HERE K&G BIKE CENTER Ketering OHIO.

Summary:
I have had a Giant eddie Bauer Hybrid Bike since About 2000 or real early 2001 from K&G BIKE Center in kettering OHIO (45429) for those who do not know where that is ,kett. is the Largest suburb Of DAYTON OHIO the bike had been A DEMO which I got for $200 off, mainly because I have been dealing with this bike shop, for over 20 years now. Also I have bought A lot of Bikes & components from them also over the Years and they always save the last one for me and really UpGrade it for me as much (E.G.) wheels Brakes & etc. etc.

Strengths:
Super excellent Aluminum Frame 6061 Alum.with GIant extra LIGHT OVERSIZE Downtube remember I said above that they upGrade it as much as Possible except for the frame an Suspension Fork + suspension seatpost which it came from the Giant Factory you Just have to see the BICYCLE to BELIEVE IT also It has 27 Gears + sram 9.0 Grip shift shifters and SHIMANO DEORE LX componants on it

Weaknesses:
1 major one the Frame is only 15.5 inches(39.37cm.) so you better be a short man 5'5" tall or A Woman 5' even and UNDER or Either Have A real LONG 350mm seat post OK

Similar Products Used:
NONE tis is my First one LIKE this all my other bikes were either Road loong Distence tourers (FUJI'S) or GIANT MTN. BICYCLES.

Favorite Ride:
Flatwoods(close by)

Bike Setup:
Upgraded rear derailer to Sram ESP(smooth quick shifts) when I bought the bike. Bought another set of tires for off-road, raptors.

Summary:
Great entry level bike. The front-suspension is a must-have for any off-road usage. At first I really liked the adjustable head set but, now it feels a little flimsy on the off-road rooty trails. The new tires handle the mud and sand very well. I've received several complements on the brakes from some friends with full-suspension bikes.

Strengths:
Good light frame, excellent brakes, OK components

Weaknesses:
The adjustable headset is nice in that you can adjust it high for riding on streets with the family and low for off-roading with your buddies.
