Strengths: I must have riden 15 different hybrid/comfort bikes and when I got on the Cypress, it felt terrific. Very solid feel to the bike, very good feel of the road. Loved the weight of the bike.Weaknesses: Sometimes while riding on level surfaces and at a constant pace the chain seems to jump or "jitter". I haven't been able to pin this down yet, it may simply need a bit of adjustment.Bottom Line: I love it. My wife liked it so much she asked me to go back to the bike shop and get her one as well. The bike shop has been wonderful as well, fixing my wife's rear rim after she trashed it for free.

Similar Products Used: No similar product used but I did compare against Gary Fisher, GT, TREK, Schwinn.
Bike Setup: Stock setup from the factory. I added a gel seat cover but honestly this was probably not necessary.
