Strengths:
For the money, the Kona Yee-Ha is a great bike. Most Hybrids in this price range are designed strictly for recreational riding. The Yee-Ha has a sporty ride and looks good. It has nice touches like the Kona Project Two fork and Kona threadless stem that make it stand out from the other bikes in this category. It is a great city bike and could easily be used on single track with more aggressive cyclo-cross tires. I'm very happy with it

Weaknesses:
The only weaknesses are the same that any bike in this price range will have-it could be lighter. My biggest concern is that it looks like a much more expensive bike-I'll have to buy a better lock!

Bottom Line:
The bottom line is that the Yee-Ha is an excellent bike for $350 and a very nice bike regardless of the price. I appreciate thoughtful touches like the use of an allen bolt seat binder rather than a quick release(useless for urban riding) and the comfortable, unsquishy Selle Italia saddle. This bike is great in the city-fast, tough, nimble with excellent stopping power and a comfortable ride. It seems very versatile-with knobby tires could be an off-road bike, with bar ends, a passable touring bike and as is excellent on pavement and fire/gravel roads. Finally, it is a nice looking bike-much nicer than the other bikes in this price range, which tend to be drab or too flashy. I highly recommend this bike if you're looking in the under $400 dollar range and not exclusively and off-road rider.
