Strengths: Customer support
Craftmanship
paint and finish
Light, stiff, but comfortableWeaknesses: None so far with the bike.
May not be the ideal bike for someone with a long upper body who wants to stretch out. I had to put on a long stem.Bottom Line: I love the bike. Smooth ride, responsive. Soft ride but not completely dead. Have had no problems with the paint or finish as others may have had. Great manufacture support. They really want to make you happy. I have not had any problems, but I sence that if I did, that the company would go out of their way to help. Some people think that it is not very light, but 18.5 lbs is light enough for me. Just a great bike. I would recommend it to anyone.
Favorite Ride: Assault on Mt. Mitchell
