Strengths: Steel frame is light, rides like a dream. 105 components are good enough; save $$$.
Stock Fuji seat is comfortable. Ritchie Off-Center Technology rear wheel--cool. Oh, yeah: carbon-fiber fork, also cool. Vittoria tires have Kevlar--resist flats?Weaknesses: None so far. Race gearing taking a little getting used to. Hard to find a straight-and-level gear in center of cluster.Bottom Line: I just bought a Fuji Roubaix-Pro for my daily 10-15 mile ride around the gentle hills and curves of Diamondhead (Mississippi Gulf Coast one hour from New Orleans).
I wanted a lighter-weight, comfortable, quality bike for a daily, quick-pace workout. The Reynolds steel frame is terrific, just what I wanted.
Jack Johnston (himself) set the bike up for me. Swapped 42mm bars off the other Roubaix-Pro in the shop to fit me better than the 44s that came with my 58cm frame.
I talked myself out of an aluminum Fuji Team (more expensive, overkill) and got this understated sleeper instead.
