Strengths:    Smooth ride, crisp handling, great acceleration.

Weaknesses:    None yet.

Bottom Line:   
I bought my 1999 Liege frame on eBay and built it up with 2002 parts. The ride is super smooth. The bike handles crisply and accelerates quickly.
