Strengths: Great ride, good visablity, all the cars notice you, very comfortable, you see up and around you rather than looking down and stretching your neck up while riding.
Weaknesses: Hey, for $400.00 the bikes heavy, but the great ride makes up for it.
Bottom Line:
I bought the bike for my mother had it sent to me for assembly and test rides..this bike is sooo much fun to ride, I might have to get another one when she takes this one.. its a great bike for running errands and commutes. Riding this bike is like riding around on a Lazyboy, even the hills are not a problem, you won't beat Lance to the top but this bike is for a FUN ride not a race, I just can say enough good things, for the price..

Strengths: No back, wrist, neck, or butt pain. Multi-adjustable seat and bars for exact fit.
Weaknesses: Honestly I can't think of any.
Bottom Line:
I can't say enough good things about this bike. I bought the EZ-1 Lite (aluminum)model. It comes in nicer colors and weighs about 5-7lbs. less than the standard EZ-1. This is a great bike for kicking back and enjoying the ride. My wife hasn't ridden with me for a long time because she finds standard bikes hurt her wrist and back and butt. The EZ-1 eliminates all of that. Very easy to learn on too. We tried other recumbents and both decided on the EZ-1 Lite for its natural position. The best way to sum this up is to say that this bike is just plain fun to ride!!

Strengths: Easy to make adjustments for the seat, handlebars, gears and brakes. Easy to ride and comfortable. Very durable All components stay in adjustment. You don't need to have the bike shop baby sit this bike.
Weaknesses: Tires of low quality. The frame is a tad heavier than I like.
Bottom Line:
I am 75 years old and very happy with my EZ-Cruiser. It is important to have a stable durable and reliable bike. At my age I don't need a super sensative racing machine. I enjoy a nice long and casual ride. Once in a while when the wind is at my back I will get up to 22 mph, which is zipping right along.
When my Son comes to visit we enjoy riding together. I have another recumbent (ReBike)that my Son rides, but he would like it much better if he were riding an EZ-Cruiser. I am selling the older recumbent and will buy the new lighter weight Aluminium model that has just come out. That will give me 2 EZ-Cruisers and make me a happy camper twice. You can guess who gets the lighter bike.
This bike is priced right and is perfect for the first time recumbent rider or even the more advanced. You can ride it for pleasure, shopping or racing in it class. It is good for older people too, because it is very stable, easy to ride, and dependable.

Strengths: strong frame, comfortable seat, comparatively stable at low speeds, low learning curve, good visibility, acceptable components except tires
Weaknesses: too heavy, standard tires should be better - would suggest Naxxis "hookworms", optional fenders braces need extensions to accomodate aftermarket higher profile tires
Bottom Line:
Bang for buck an excellent value - not fast but rock solid - also works very well pulling a BOB trailer for utility/camping etc. My wife liked mine well enough to want one and we seldom ride or DF bikes any longer. Seat angle and adjustment of leg length are incredibly easy
First bent I've had or ridden that, to date, I have had nothing but positive comments from when passing non-biking folks
Similar Products Used: rode several RANS, owned older Infinity - EZ-1 is (IMO) easier to ride overall
