Strengths: RANS customer support, quality of the frame design and construction, component availability and selection.Weaknesses: Seems a little heavy: 67lbs, with all of our accessories (fenders, fat front tire, lights, Jando saddle backs, rack, cages, etc.) Primary chain tensioner is a little cheesy.Bottom Line: Love the bike... LBS built the frame up with my component picks. Zero defect bike that has been a joy to ride for the past couple of thousand miles. Have not used the couplings, yet, but they have not been noticable in the bike's operation.
The bike is stable, fast, comfortable, and stone-cold reliable. We ride more than we ever thought we would, since we bought it.
