This is a very good bike to ride for training. It's weight is too great to be a successful racer. It is also a good begginning bike. Strengths:
Good steel frame good start out bike for young or un experienced cyclists. Great for people that prefer steel frames and do not worry about a heavy bicycle. The shimano components have given me no problems for the 1,500 plus miles i've ridden on it. Weaknesses:
