at Bicycle Business Favorite Ride: Luther Pass South Lake Tahoe Bike Setup: Dura ace group with Rolf vector Comp wheelset. Summary: Steel is real!!! What a ride. I bought the frame set and built the bike. I ride it anywhere. It is rock steady on 50MPH decents, very predictable handling. Very nice all round frame. Workmanship is great. The "arrest me red" paint turns heads. I've ridden this bike about 8K miles and would not change a thing. Strengths: workman ship, traditional italan lugged steel, a classic. Great handling. Weaknesses: A small weight penalty Similar Products Used: Romic, Myata

| | Bike Setup:
1997 Campy Mirage Group, Modolo T-EIT Bar and Stem, Torelli Moda Chunky Bar Wrap, Torelli Master Hard Anodized Rims (same as Ambrosio Prisma Durex), Torelli Valore saddle (same as Gipiemme Plus) Summary: The frame itself is terrific. A great value for someone who wants a traditional lugged frame. The bright red paint job is stunning and draws lots of compliments. The only problem I had was that some items in the Torelli kit I ordered were substituted. I originally did not get the correct rims or the correct cog sizes. I finally got the correct items after a lot of hassle with Torelli.Torelli bicycles are sold as frame and kits so you're able to spec stuff like bar size, stem length, etc. This is a great feature. Just make sure you get everything you ordered. Strengths:
Great workmanship, paint job, and alignment. Handles very well and rides comfortably. Weaknesses:
Items I specified in the Torelli parts kit were changed. Similar Products Used:
1998 Bianchi Alloro (steel MegaPro frame)
