Date Reviewed: July 9, 2003

Strengths:    The ride, man, the ride.

Weaknesses:    If I were doing it over, I'd go for the Ultegra. Shifts smoother than my 105. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing.

Bottom Line:
I have ridden my 105 equipped RS-11 for three summers now in the hills around Burlington and couldn't be happier. It is a great riding, stable, forgiving machine which doesn't hammer my hindend like the bikes of my aluminum riding cronies. I don't race, so I can't address the comments of others that the rear end flexes too much when you step on it, but that has never happened to me on any of the bodacious hills we have up here.
