Strengths: Great ride, confident handling overall. Good drivetrain.Weaknesses: Left crank arm developed a crack, heavy bike for hills, not snappyBottom Line: Picked up the bike used to start doing triathlons. I have also done a century ride with it. I would describe the bike as a Cadillac sedan in that it rides very smooth and feels powerful, but isn't necessarity snappy. The steel frame and thick tires suck up potholes easily. The Campy drivetrain still shifts nicely after all of these years. However, the bike is pretty heavy with its steel frame and wide tires. My father has ridden the bike in comfort at 260 lbs.
Price Paid:
$200.00
