Strengths:    Great fit from factory fitting session, compliant ride, durability-it is very comfortable for a big rider like me (220#)on long rides and on rough rodes. Beautiful craftsmanship. I also like the wider tires-no flats in the first 2000 miles.

Weaknesses:    inherently heavier than a road bike as expected. I have not tried it for loaded touring but it is much more compliant than my Bruce Gordon which may not be good for us big guys but I cannot say for sure

Bottom Line:
I really love this bike. It is so sure footed and comfortable!
