Strengths:    Stiff frame, light, handles & accelerates very well.

Weaknesses:    Stiff frame, you feel every bump in the road.

Bottom Line:
Good bike for shorter races (up to Olympic distance for me). On rides longer than 30-40 miles my back starts to feel it pretty bad. Longer rides always seem to find me on my Softride. For sprint or Olympic distance, this is a fast bike.
I think this is a very good bike for intermediate to advanced riders who place speed above all else.
