Strengths: Great bike!!! Comfort is the selling point, and once adjusted, it fits like a glove. Beam absorbs the minor vibrations, but its not like a mountain bike. Big bumps you still feel. Takes a bit of getting used to staying in the saddle over rough roads though. Very aerodynmaic. Very, very fast. Weight now is within a pound or so of similarly priced bikes.Weaknesses: Some of the decals are coming off.Bottom Line: I love this bike!!! My wife borrowed it for a "woman's triathlon" I was able to adjust it to fit her due to the extreme adjustments that can be made with the beam design. Unfortunately she loved it. Now she wants one. Expensive toys are for boys, right?
