Date Reviewed: July 9, 2002

Strengths:    Comfort, smooth ride, great handling, simple straightforward design

Weaknesses:    Long hills can be a challenge

Bottom Line:
I had been a conventional bicycle rider for many years, but experienced pain in the neck, back and wrists after long trips. The Bike E AT takes a little getting used to, but is extremely comfortable. Even after long rides, I feel no pain whatsoever. The rear shock handles bumps and potholes with ease. This bent rides well on pavement as well as on moderately rough off-road trails. I've never had a better riding experience.
