Strengths: Easy handling. Fine tunable seat and bars. Water bottles very easy to get at. You get great cardio workout without the butt and wrist pain with regular bikes.Weaknesses: Need one or more teeth on the large chainring to get higher speeds.Bottom Line: Great first recumbent. The EZ-1 Lite offers upgraded components such as aluminum frame, 8 speed vs. 7, Primo Comet tires,sealed bottom bracket bearings, upgraded grip shift. I bought one for myself and my wife. We've had a ball.
