Strengths: So light and stiff that it flies up hills. Great on sprints.Weaknesses: It feels a little unstable during high speed descents.Bottom Line: This bike is very nimble, and is a great climber. The compact frame keeps it super stiff, and super light.

Strengths: Good stiff ride, fast, gets up to speed quick.Weaknesses: Back end seems to get "loose", not sure why but not all of the time. Intergrated headset ovals out. Bike seems to "creek" after a while.Bottom Line: Over all the Team Once Bikes are a good competative ride. BUT... this is my second one in the last 8 months. Took a spill in a crit and bent the integrated headset. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. The bike underwent very little stress when I went down but the 1" headset "ovaled" out thus destroying the bike. Giant and Sun and Spokes did a great job of replacement (wreck cost approx. $700) for the frame. Second bike working so far.

Strengths: Climbs and accelerates really well. Frame has immense stiffness due to compact design. whole bike costs as much as a "European/American" Frame.Weaknesses: Slightly cramped cockpit (will lengthen my stem) Get disgusted looks from people who ride "European/American" FramesBottom Line: Stiff, good climbing, nice fork with carbon steerer. Really cool price on the frame. Looks really small though. Really light with current setup. I weigh 185lb but frame can take it...for how long I don't know
