Strengths:    Light, good handling, fast, great!

Weaknesses:    none

Bottom Line:
Same you can't find this bike anymore. They switched to the compact frames in the later years. I've had this bike for 7 years and I have never had a problem with it. Doesn't get ridden as much as my MTB, but I've put some miles on it over the years. Unbelievable value with the full Ultegra DT, Selle Italia seat, and Cosmos wheels. Bike handles awesome on fast curved down hills. This was a very good buy. For anyone that can find an 02 for sale, it's worth it.

Strengths:    Crisp, confident handling. Comfortable over longer rides and holds up well in a paceline. Don't feel like it's limiting me at all on climbs or sprints.

Weaknesses:    Slight "hands-off" head shake at speed, probably due to the shortish wheel base. Mine also came with a white saddle, don't expect it to stay that way ;).

Bottom Line:
Got this bike to get back into road riding after a fairly long hiatus. Was initially looking for a Ti frame but, after doing some research, decided that the modern steels were better "bang for the buck". Very impressed with the bikes handling. There is one specific turn on my lunch time ride that I hit around 30+ mph and have to get on the brakes to make it around on my old bike. The Ironhorse handles it with barely a second thought, even allowing mid-turn corrections at speed without complaint. I'd highly reccommend this bike for someone like myself trying to get back into the sport or anyone loooking for a gook mid-range bike.
