Strengths: Custome fit, Beautiful finish, Stiff or flexy what ever you want. Tell them they will build it.Weaknesses: 2000 bucks for a bare frame is alot But hey you can't take it with you, enjoy it now... you never knowBottom Line: Finally had to get a custom. Everyone has to sooner or later---yes you do. The ride is great. After I convinced had to convince Seven that I did not want a compact frame ( it took a bit of convincing that bothered me a bit. ). They finally built me exactly what I wanted. The welds are beautiful . It has all the braise on I wanted, where I wanted them. The alaris will be great for light touring. I went with the seven fork and seat post, a little pricey but the ride is great. The fork has the snap I am us to and cuts down vibration. It gives the bike a different look from everyone else's. This frame will be at home in a pace line with the local club or loaded for a trip 3 day trip.
Make sure you go to a good shop to get fitted . It is pretty scary spending this much with out riding it first. Would I do it again... You Bet She sure is pretty

What a wonderful experience to wind up with the best bike on the planet. I'm big, 6'6" 218 pounds. I wanted a bike that had no flex for sprints and comfortable on centuries. Seven did it and did it right.

Strengths: Ride quality...absorbs the chatter bumps, but is as stiff as a jet fighter. Bike fit is outstanding. No sore spots anywhere (back/wrists/knees) because this bike fits "me" so well.Weaknesses: Only thing that bugged me was that because I had a Compact Frame, the second bottle cage required some washers to rest it over the clamp style Front Derailluer. Looks a bit odd, but functionally is no problem at all.Bottom Line: Going custom at least once in your life has to happen! This bike has the most outstanding handling and ride quality! I am a tad over 200 lbs so the recommended Alaris was a great tubeset for me. Ordering was easy and I know that going to a good bike shop will make a difference. The shop owner took great detail in every single measurement to get me the right fit this first time (measure twice, cut once!).
Custom was also nice because I already owned a seat, wheelset, tires, so I didn't have to "get something that came with the bike that I didn't like or feel the need to upgrade". Every single part was hand selected by me, and that was awesome. Every little part/accessory on that bike is EXACTLY what I wanted.
