Price Paid:  $1100.00 at chelsea bicycles

Bike Setup:
ultegra all around, compact crank, mavic open pro wheels + vittoria open corsa evo cx tires, torelli aspect fork, deda newton shallow drop bar + NVO components FR-1 stem, thomson elite seatpost + selle italia flight saddle, mavic win-tech ES cyclometer

Summary:
Purchased a 2007 frame (torelli is not making the stilletto this year) to build up my dream bike. The result is a fast, great handling machine. The frame feels great and is super responsive, stiff but not overly harsh. It has literally taken my riding to the next level. Oh and the paint job and craftsmanship are outstanding. Overall very happy to have a custom italian ride - its one of a kind.

Strengths:
beautiful fit and finish, stiff, responsive.

Weaknesses:
paint chips a little too easily and you can't get touchup paint that is an exact match.

Similar Products Used:
old bike was a late 90's trek 1220, not even close

Price Paid:  $250.00 at eBay

Favorite Ride:
Tour De Max

Bike Setup:
I built the Stiletto with Chorus carbon ergo shifters and carbon cranks; all other are campy groupo and token carbon seat post, speedplay pedals and a gipiemme carbon saddle.

Summary:
I own a Torelli Corsa Strada and love it.
I bought the Torelli Stiletto simply to try a aluminum frame and fell in love. Fell in love so much that I'm selling the CS. The bike is super fast, light and very strong. I'm 6', 200lbs and this frame does not flex and provides a ton of support especially going though corners. A real dream frame come true.

Strengths:
Light, super stiff and vibration dampening.

Weaknesses:
None thus far

Price Paid:  $1000.00 at LBS

Favorite Ride:
LIVE OAK CANYON

Bike Setup:
DURA ACE, EASTON CARBON POST AND COCKPIT, KSYRIUM WHEELS, TORELLI CARBON FORK. TOTAL WEIGHT 16.5 LBS

Summary:
BEAUTIFUL ITALIAN CRAFTMANSHIP FROM AN AMERICAN IMPORTER WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE BUILD QUALITY OF THIS BIKE IS EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN THAT OF ALL THE MAJOR BRAND ITALIAN BIKES, BUT WITHOUT THE HIGH PRICE AND CUST SERVICE HASSLES. WHILE MY BIKE WAS ON ORDER, I E-MAILED TORELLI WITH A QUESTION, AND RECIEVED A RESPONSE WITHIN TWO HOURS FROM NONE OTHER THAN THE COMPANY CHAIRMAN BILL. VERY NICE.

Strengths:
VERY LIGHT (I BELIVE THE ADVERTISED 2.7 LBS. FOR A 56CM), STIFF IN SPRINTS, HANDLES TURNS LIKE ONLY AND ITALIAN BIKE CAN. BEAUTIFUL AMERICAN PAINT JOB AND SMOOTHED WELDS.

Weaknesses:
NONE

Similar Products Used:
BIANCHI, FELT, COLNAGO, DAVIDSON, SEROTTA, YOU NAME IT.

Bike Setup:
Record 9 components, Reynolds Ouzo Pro Carbon Fork, Ambrosio Evolution 32 Spoke Rims, 3T Zipp Stem/Bars.

Summary:
Although I have limited miles on this bike, so far, it appears to be an excellent frame that is responsive, fast, tracks well with good stability and yet is very comfortable on long rides. This is a handmade Italian bike with great artistry and craftsmanship combining aluminum and carbon fiber rear stays. Highly recommened.

Strengths:
Stiff and responsive yet comfortable ride. Wonderful craftsmanship and paint.

Weaknesses:
None so far.

Lemond, Bianchi, Serrota, Specialized.

Price Paid:  $3500.00 at PedalShop.com

Favorite Ride:
any race or nice roads with lots of climbing

Bike Setup:
Full Dura-Ace groupo, American Classic CR-420 wheels, Thompson stem and seatpost, Sella Italia SLR seat, Richie WCS bar, Tacx Tao bottle cages, Hutchinson Comp tires.

Summary:
This frame is super sweet and very light for a 60cm. Had a Schwinn Peleton before and wanted a lighter and more racable frame. The carbon seat stays really make for an enjoyable ride. Very stiff but doesn't beat you up. Great race bike for crits and road races!!!!

Strengths:
Very light, beautiful paint job, Italian made, great attention to detail, wonderful riding frame

Weaknesses:
A little oxidation at the junctions where the seat stays and dropouts meet. Due to different metals. No biggie for now

Similar Products Used:
Only have had two road bikes- Schwinn Peleton and now the Torelli Stiletto
