Strengths: looks and stiffnessWeaknesses: the fork started to "chatter" to the point that the bike is unrideable; no, it is not the wheels, brake pads or brakes. I used Spooky an Paul Brakes only. Tried all sorts of pads in desperation. Even tried several different wheels; all perfectly true with excellent braking surface. When the front brake is applied, the fork flexes so bad (1/2 inch to 1 inch deflection rearward then bounces back) it nearly shakes you off the bike. I have gone through the headset and had my LBS look at it. No one has ever seen anything like it. There is no visible damage. I am sending it back to cyclocrossworld.com for them to look at. Cross is rough on bikes but this is ridiculous.Bottom Line: nice lightweight cross bike; worked great for two seasons then had mega problems with the fork--see below for details

Strengths: Solid construction, great handling, flattened top-tube for shouldering, stiff bottom bracket shell, sexy as hellWeaknesses: Aluminum fork jittery when brakingBottom Line: I'm not a cyclocross racer but I've taken the bike on fireroads, through muddy singletrack, and across snow/ice. I'm not a commuter but I've weaved the bike through traffic (my car was in the shop). And I'm definitly not a road racer but I rode the Bonfire on a century/metric century 2-day. The versatility of the bike is amazing, especially given the price.
The only weakness I've found is the jittery braking with the stock aluminum fork. I recommend an upgrade to the all carbon fork--it's lighter as well as being much more stable.
Favorite Ride: muddy

Purchased At: cyclocrossworld.com
Similar Products Used: Felt F75, old steel frames. No other cyclocross frames
Bike Setup: Shimano mix, bomb-proof wheels, Paul's neo-retro/touring brakes, Arione saddle

Strengths: Perfect geometry, stiff and responsive. Shaped top tube makes it easy to grab and shoulder. The carbon fork looks good and takes the edge offWeaknesses: Cheapo looking rear dropouts. The matte black looks awesome... until a season of racing puts it into submission! It's just the way matte paint is.Bottom Line: Aluminum cross frame with a full carbon fork. If you go racing, better get either this or a Ridley.
It's still a good deal although the rear dropouts are questionable on an otherwise high quality rig.
Bike Setup: single ring, shimano with Tufos
