Strengths:    Price, great brakes (radius), Tiagra derailers are crisp, easy upkeep, strong, responsive frame

Weaknesses:    No in-line brakes, cheap crankset, love it or hate it bumblebee paint job

Bottom Line:   
Eats up anything you put in front of it. Ridiculous value.
