NJ to NY Via GWB & Greenway Bike Setup:
Paratrooper with Deore lx components. Front shock with disc brake. Blinky front and rear light, plastic horn, big bell. Summary:
I needed a bike that folded so I could bring it into work inside a nylon bag. I wanted 26 inch wheels and good components. This bike delivers all these thngs. If you are looking for a folder that gets small, this is not it. It's roughly 38 x 30 x 12 maybe 8 with the folding peddles. It doesn't fit so well on the NJ transit bus, and the drivers don't typically leave the storage uder the bus open. So instead of going through the Lincoln Tunnel on the bus, I commute over the George Washington bridge tripling the length of my commute, but the Greenways are traffic free. Strengths:
Stiff frame, good components full size wheels front disc brake. Weaknesses:
Reflectors fell off, needed a bike shop tuning out of the box. Rear wheel cyclometers not a smart choice. Similar Products Used:
