Strengths: Good frame, Handle bars and aangle adjustable stemWeaknesses: Supplied Front derailleur is terribleBottom Line: This bike is well made but suffers badly from a front derailleur that allows the chain to get stuck between the front cog wheels. After several return trips to the dealer in the week after purchase they agreed to change the front derailleur to a Shemano Alivo. This resulted in an improvement, but it the front derailleur still shifts roughly. This may be due to the bending out of shape of the front cog wheels when the stuck chain was forcibly removed.
Favorite Ride: Norco Citadel
Price Paid:
$550.00
Purchased At: Sharpley's - Halibur
Similar Products Used: Shimano Altus front and rear without problems
Bike Setup: Service was excellent. Response from Norco was zero when apprised of the problem with the derailleur components that are supplied with the bike.
