at sirois bicycle Favorite Ride: good ole bumpy new england roads Bike Setup: stock Summary: This was my fist bike as an adult, getting back into cycling. i wasn'y sure if i was going to be more into road or mountain, so i went for a hybrid. it served me well and in general the bike was reliable. Strengths: reliable but cheap componetry...i rarely had to make adjustments the whole time i owned it. it provides a smooth comfortable ride and shifts and brakes reasonably well. Weaknesses: aluminum frame...i love steel. i a tad bit on the "gramma-ish" side as far a looks go. very heavy. Similar Products Used: jamis commuter, haro v2

at Wal-Mart Bike Setup: As is, other than tires. Right now it's just a Wal-Mart C-30. Summary: I bought the C30 Schwinn at Wal-Mart on a last second whim, because my "good" bike got snatched the previous night. The bike responded well with little tuning. Overall I think it's a great beginner bike and a even better backup bike! Strengths: The suspension seems to handle almost anything you throw at it. Suprisingly enough the frame can handle a few 20+ foot jumps. Weaknesses: I had to replace the tires 3 times to find a tire that can take the ruggedness the bike tkes. Similar Products Used: I,ve had several bikes, but I'm a rec. rider so I limit my budget to around 600-800 dollars on any bike I buy. Alays new, never used.

at Point Pleasant Bicyc Summary: Awesome Bike. I liked it so much I bougt my wife a Raleigh C30. Incredibly smooth ride, takes bumpy roads and moderate trails well, great design enables you to pedal up some pretty steep hills easily. Weaknesses: Get a lot of flats, but that may be just me..
