Strengths:    Most recumbents suck going up hills. Not the Phantom. The only recumbent that will outclimb the Phantom is the P-38. It is also a very comfortable bike.

Weaknesses:    Nothing major. While the lightning seat is very comfortable, it requires tightning up the laces occasionally.

Bottom Line:
The Lightning Phantom II has the same equipment groupo of the P-38 for about $800 less. It is comfortable, handles like a sports car, and is a bike I can ride all day long--and I have.
