Price Paid:
$380.00
at e-bay Favorite Ride: Hilly 30 mile loop around lake Bike Setup: Sora Derailers, Cyclone Crank and Alex wheels Summary: Very smooth and responsive. Hard to beat for the price. Compared to Trek 1000 some cheaper components but cannot tell the difference in ride quality. Strengths: Price!!! Weaknesses: None yet.

Price Paid:
$430.00
at Touring Cyclist Favorite Ride: Metro Bike Setup: Stock with Serfas RX seat and Tuffys in the tires. Summary: For the price, I don't know if you can beat it... I'm a beginner, and it has everything I need. The ride is smooth and responsive. I like it a lot... As much as people complain about the Sora components, I don't have any issues. The rear is pretty smooth, but the front doesn't like a lot of torque. Strengths: Price and the ride! Weaknesses: Seat (no soft tissue relief) and sometimes the front derailer has a hiccup.
