Strengths: Good value. Nice solid frame. Great paint and color. Quality components (hubs rims tires headset) all decent stuffWeaknesses: saddle is uncomfortable. Get rid of the pedals first thing. buy clipless and dump the cheap toeclipsBottom Line: This is a great entry level bike for women. The geometry is very nice and the bike has a very stiff feel to it. Fuji used some decent components (looks like they are going with cheaper stuff in 04). The sora shifts are solid. Cromoly isn't carbon but it seems to ride well. The saddle is uncomfortable but with good cycling shorts it is bareable. For the money though you can't find a better women's specific bike.
