Strengths: Women's-specific geometry. Very light-weight. Excellent 105/Ritchey component mix. Wonderful price.Weaknesses: Stickers are a little crooked in places. Graphics are a little strange (2004 model is much better in this aspect).Bottom Line: I purchased the 44cm size of this bike for my 4'8" daughter last year. We needed to change out the stem for a shorter one, but otherwise, it fits her very well. This is a very nice bike for the money. We couldn't be more pleased.
