Strengths: Have you read the list of components?
Full Ultegra Group, FSA crank..
Very stiff frame. paint job is awesome.Weaknesses: The American Classics wheel were too lightweight for me. I think there was some serious chinese herbs going on when they installed the bottom bracket.. i'm gonna need to do the ol' Teflot tape routine.
Also, the UltraSpeed tires get flats on long hauls for me.. Might be the weight & commute.Bottom Line: I was looking for a bike with minimum Ultegra when I came across this. I weigh in a little over 200lbs so I was worried on the weight and components.. but I went for it.. At the most I could ebay it and probable make a profit..
I took most of the reviewers advice and sold the stock American Classic wheels for $375 and bought a set to Mavic CXP-33s--black rims of course :)
I can't be happier. like everyone says, the thing pedals itslef. the carbon crank really makes this thing leap off the pavement. I graduated to this from a triple crank, and I don't miss the triple one bit; even at a 12-23 rear cassette.
The only thing I can't figure out, is that it seems like the rear brake drifts a bit and doesn't stay on center..

Strengths: Fantastic mix of components - Ritchey and FSA - my favorites.
The welds are great and the color scheme is definitely different.
Light weight, stiff, comfortable, and fast.Weaknesses: I was worried about the shorter cranks for the 58 cm frame, but now I like 'em - I think I spin more and they seem to accelerate quicker.
Really no weaknesses at all.Bottom Line: I was looking for an ultralight bike that would take my size (6', 190 lbs). Reading the other reviews here suggested that the Fuji Team Superlight could be it, so when I found one in the RoadBikeReview classifieds I drove through a blizzard to buy it.
In 31 years of cycling I've never been happier with a bike. She's light (about 16.5 lbs w my Ultegra / Open Pros), extremely comfortable even on NM roads, and I really feel the acceleration. This is one of those bikes that makes you suspect you're pedalling square since it feels like each stroke squirts you forward.
I've put on about 1,000 miles, including a 4.5 hour nonstop century and she's as comfortable as any of my steel bikes. I was worried that my weight would flex the frame, but I can hammer away in or out of the saddle and I don't feel a bit of flex and the front derailluer never rubs. Can't ask for more.
I did pass on the stock lightweight wheels due to comments in the other reviews, but I've ordered a pair of FSA RD 400's which should get me below 16 pounds.

Similar Products Used: Gios Tornio SuperRecord (1980's Columbus SL tubing frame - flexes when I hammer).
Ritchey Swiss Cross (great steel frame that I thought pegged the scale for comfort until the Fuji...
Bianchi Axis (Aluminum frame that is OK, but not as light nor as comfortable)
Austro Daimler Superlight (Reynolds 531, definitely a great frame but heavy by today's standards)
Bike Setup: Stock except wheels - running Ultegra / Open Pros that will change to FSA RD 400's.

Strengths: Great design, feel, performance, and value. The black bike is slimming!Weaknesses: It's a Fuji, so some folks kind of sneer, but they're behind me so who cares?Bottom Line: I wanted to write an update to my review below. With a few more miles under my wheels I still love this bike. I understated the weight though. Out of the box it was 15.25 lb. w/o pedals. With an SLR and Alien seatpost it was under 15. With Speedplay Zeros, two bottle cages, and a computer it comes in at 16.25lb with the stock post and a Concor saddle. So it is pretty darn light. Overall, the bike is fast and very smooth. It has greatly increased my confidence on descents and the weight and snappy feel really add to my enjoyment of the climbs. Note: the wheels are really light (read that as snappy, comfortable, but also needing careful avoidance of bad pavement and occasional truing) and should be used for road races and hill climbs only! Also the stock tires (Vittoria Ultraspeed) are superlight at 145g. and incredibly grippy. But they last about 200 miles so.....save 'em both for race day!

Strengths: Way light! With Speedplay Zeros and an Alien carbon post my 56cm is sub 15lbs!!!
(WITH BOTTLE CAGES!)Great feel and handling. I can't wait for race season!!!!Weaknesses: Wheels are a little flexy. I'm a 155lb. sprinter and do feel a little windup. Wheels are a little light for everyday use as expected. Matte black shows dirt.Bottom Line: An amazing, beautiful bike. Incredible value for the $. Being in the know makes up for the Fuji bashing. Compared to my former ride, a late model Trek 5200, the Superlight is more nimble and has a delightful road feel. Any movement of the pedals and that awesome FSA crank translate into direct motion! Compares quite favorably with Giro winning Caad 7. The Cannondales are definitely the best full-on race ride out there, but on a budget the Fuji is pretty dang close!

Strengths: Lite, solid components, great priceWeaknesses: It's not carbon, wheelset sucksBottom Line: Fuji Team Super Lite all stock. I use the bike primarly for training, but I would definetly recommend it for an entry level competitor. However, the factory wheelset sucks! I Ebayed that junk off the very night I bought the bike.
I've put a few thousand miles on this bike and am very pleased with its performance.
