Strengths: Titanium is awesome, light weight, 18 lbs on a 59cm frame. Very comfortable, smooth ride.Weaknesses: Haven't found any.Bottom Line: I got a really good deal on a year-old 59 cm 2003 Litespeed Classic that the LBS needed to get out of inventory. The Campy Chorus was swapped out to Ultegra to get the price down. I've been a triathlete since '85, and was looking for a real road bike to do some hilly centuries, which were really tough on my Quintana Roo Tequilo, and the Classic was perfect. After a few months, I upgraded the cheap wheels on it to Mavic Ksyrium SL, and now it's just about perfect.
Favorite Ride: hills
Price Paid:
$2500.00
Purchased At: LBS
Similar Products Used: Always done tris, so I never had a true high-end road bike.
Bike Setup: Ultegra, Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels, speedplay pedals
