Strengths: Smooth ride, high craftmanship, great fit.Weaknesses: The deacls on the seat tube are flaking off at the edges.Bottom Line: The Silverton is everything I was hoping for when I first ordered it. The assembly was straight forward. The fit was excellent and has provided me comfort over 4,000 miles this year. It rides so smooth with the Velomax wheels that I have a hard time riding my other bikes. I plan to ride a lot more this winter than in previous years simply because the Silverton is so easy on your body. The craftmanship of the frame is outstanding and rivals that of more expensive frames. Ordering the bike was easy since Eric Sampson spent a lot of time with me on the phone helping to upgrade and fit me.
