Strengths: Full carbon frame road bicycle with a woman specific designWeaknesses: No braise ons except water bottles. Only one water bottle braise on for smaller 47-cm frame. 54 cm has two. Expensive.Bottom Line: I really enjoyed riding this bike. I have a 20-year-old steel bike with old components and this bike was a dream to ride. With index shifting and great breaking the Ultegra components made the ride easy. The WSD geometry was so nice. I don't have to reach for the handlebars, they are right there. This bike felt very smooth, perhaps due to carbon fork. I rode side by side w/ 2300 WSD (aluminum frame). 5200 (Carbon frame) was a little lighter (54 cm frame was 19.1 lbs with pedals compared to 19.3 lbs for aluminum) and had a little snappier handling due to shorter wheelbase. These bikes are very similar and it was hard to decide. I eventually decided for the carbon because I thought it would be less fatiguing on longer rides. I also felt faster on climbs with the 5200.

Bike Setup: Full carbon frame road bike with Shimano Ultegra components throughout and paired spoked (bladed) aero wheels.
