Strengths: Is geared low for a road bike to handle 4 paniers and more.Weaknesses: Not designed for racing, this is a serious touring bicycleBottom Line: Rides increadably smooth. The bicycle is setup to handle big loads. It is geared low for a road bike, but is needed to accomodate the cyclist moving tents, food, water, and more.
