Strengths: Smooth riding. Flexibility - can ride with 23cm to 38cm tires including knobbies for cyclocross. High quality components - full Ultegra. Mavic Open Pro's are handling my 6'1", 250lbs wonderfully. Great bike for long rides now that I found "THE SADDLE" - Fizik Arione.Weaknesses: Pricy but worth it. Too smooth of a ride - often have to look down to make sure my tires aren't half flat.Bottom Line: Stock setup except Ultegra 12-23 rear cassette, Fizik Arione saddle, SPD's, and 25cm or 35cm tires. This is my first real road bike and I picked a winner. It gives the smoothest ride, I often look down to make sure my tires aren't half flat. I wanted a do it all bike - fast riding, fitness riding, long tours / day rides, and cyclocross - and it fits the bill beautifully. Sure it is expensive, but after upgrading 3 times in my other hobby - sea kayaking - I wanted the best right up front so I wouldn't need to upgrade later. This bike is one I can grow into it's capabilities and will still be with me many years from now.
