Strengths:    Compact.

Weaknesses:    Poor design and inferior quality.

Bottom Line:
Went for my first ride of the season and when I hit my first pot hole I heard a thud and turned to look and saw the Sci-Con Compact 430 sitting in the middle of the road. Both of the fingers that hold the bag to the clip had snapped off.
