Strengths: NoneWeaknesses: There are two big weaknesses for this product:
The first is when they made it, they used velro straps so short it would NOT fit on any of the 4 adults bikes in my house. At no point would all 3 straps attach to a bike because Zefal was so miserly with the length of velcro they used, the Velcro wouldn't even connect to itself, rendering the Doomap useless.
The second problem is that of Zefal's customer service. I emailed them about the problem a few weeks ago and I still have yet to hear back from them. Apparently they don't care about customer service.Bottom Line: I spotted this on ebay the other day and realized it would fill a nice niche in my quest to go on longer rides and not get lost, so I picked one up.
In theory, its a simple clear map bag that straps to your handlebar and stem and keeps a map right in front of you for handy reference during your ride.
In reality, it is a waste of money and a shining example of a company slapping together a product and failing to do adequate testing on it before releasing it to production.
