Strengths:    Provided legal reflectorization that is required in several states. Having a accident w/o reflectorization can be a problem for the rider after the fact, even when it should not. Thus unit clips into a Planet Bike Superblinky clip, so you lose a Superblinky (like I did, it was a BIG bump) you can reuse your PB mount.

Weaknesses:    Depends on single light at the top, so the attention-getting burst patterns are needed, steady light is probably not noticeable enough, esp when batteries start to drain.

Bottom Line:   
Does what it is supposed to do. Comparable in output to Planet Bike Superblinky, uses batteries at about the same rate, but has a reflector below rather than full blinking body.
