Summary: Beware misleading insurance offer- to be reimbursed, the fine print says you need to send in peices of the broken lock!!! This is a very tough lock to break, no doubt, but anyone who can break it is gonna know what they're doing, and they're not going to leave bits of the lock around for evidence. Giving it 3 stars only because of the worthless insurance claim that they advertise so heavily.
