Strengths: 3800 miles on my touring bike's cn-7701 114 link chain. Has not hit .75% wear on the park gauge. 400 to 600 miles between cleaning and lubricationWeaknesses: noneBottom Line: Finish Line Pro Road ceramic lubricant is a suspension of synthetic oils, teflon, and ceramic particles. Shake well before using, and a little goes a long way on a clean chain.
