Strength:
Will not mark high end aluminum or carbon fiber rims. Very strong, very light, very compact

In six years of use, not a single problem.
If you are concerned that Lezyne's Alloy Levers may mark your high end aluminum or carbon fiber rims, the Power Levers are a great option. I have been using a pair for five or six years, carry them on group rides and have changed all manner of tire and rim combinations and I have yet to break one. They "nest" together neatly and the neoprene sleeve stores them neatly in your seat bag. The "nesting" hooks do double duty, holding the fist lever to the rim spoke as you get the second lever started.
